leather 2.5
Alright folks, I am back with my leather work from over the long weekend. Many of you would expect me to be miles ahead of where i was from the last blog. Unfortunately, I am disappointed to announce that I am at a standstill on the actual progress of the hobbles. The reason for this lack of progress is I am in need of some different tools and guidance in order to sew in some nylon on the joints. I plan to go down to the shop on main street and seek guidance from the guy that runs the shop. I have been thinking about some future projects and the idea of some spur straps is in the lead for the next. I should probably focus on getting the hobbles done though.

Projects can be frustrating. They can get even more frustrating when you don't have the tools you need to complete them. Going down to talk to the guy who runs the shop sounds like a good plan. Good luck with the rest of your genius hour.
ReplyDeleteIt’s good to be honest about your progress! Hopefully that motivates you to get more done and to be efficient with your time. Are you friends with the owner of the shop? When will you start the spur straps?
ReplyDeleteI understand the struggle to find motivation, especially with a big project like yours. Just keep on trying to push yourself and see where that gets you. I can't wait to see what you pull off. Good Luck!
ReplyDeleteHey Garrett, sorry to hear you are at a standstill. Just remember that we are all in this together and I will be there every step of the way to support you. I hope things start looking up for you.
